Values and ethos
A warm welcome to you from the staff, governors and children of Bosmere Community Primary School. We are very proud of our school community, and we look forward to welcoming you. The values we share underpin our learning community and, we believe, make our school a very special place to work and learn.
Our aim is to embed our values so effectively that they echo through our decision making and our everyday conduct so we achieve our mission statement:
“Excellence through Engaging, Enjoyable Learning”.

We link our values to our Class Dojo reward system and refer to our values in our
day-to-day practice and school assemblies. You can find out more in our
Relationships Policy (2025) which we devised to replace our Behaviour Policy.
